This very low bandwidth makes it a necessity to upgrade to premium in order to really use the site for file sharing; but at $10 per month it expensive, very expensive when comparing with others who do not limit bandwidth per month or day. Other sites can upload up to 10GB on premium plans, so their “send large files” advertising is really only empty marketing and does not really set them apart from their competitors. 

If you want more storage, you can upgrade to more storage in the Backup plan, but if you also want faster download speeds, you also have to upgrade to the Premium plan. Their premium plan is called “Gold”, and it doesn’t do much for you except speed up your download speeds and allow you to download more than one file at a time. 

Top this off with very low free storage and multiple premium plans you have to buy to get all the features making it too expensive, and you’ll just have to pass on Uploaded.net until they can finish fixing their site. Premium Annual provides 500 GB storage and download link traffic along with 30 days of file history. 

Their premium plan which was previously called “Downloader” is now called “Premium account subscription”; and the plan previously called “Uploader” is now called “Backup space subscription”. We did a comparison and found that Dropbox’s Business plan offers $16.58 (inclusive of tax) per month for 1 TB of space while pCloud’s Premium Plus package offers 2 TB storage at $7.99 a month.

Aside from standard cloud storage features that let you move your work to the cloud and avoid potential data loss because of hard drive malfunctions, MEGA has an interesting feature and a couple of add-ons.

The free option allows files as large as 50GB, while the $15-per-month Filemail Pro plan supports unlimited file sizes.

They include the TLS protocol to stop man-in-the-middle attacks, two-factor authentication to prevent access to your account if someone steals your login credentials and private, end-to-end encryption to ensure your privacy by keeping anyone but you from reading your files. And the service is pretty new, so we don’t know if we would trust full access to all Facebook or Office365 data just yet. 

They only earn ads money if people are on their site, not when the image a link on a third-party site. I'm pretty sure when you sign up for the "FREE" service, it did NOT say it’s free forever. Trust can only go so far, when you don't have the $ to paid your staff/hardware. You can still get your picture, they didn't delete them, just not letting you link to 3rd party site without paying. 

Mega is a great service, the only problem with the free accounts are the limits, until they kick in the max speed, I got is 100mbit in download and 120mbit in upload. All you can really do with this site is upload a file and get the link or share it to an email. 

Firefox Send is a free transfer service from Mozilla that lets you share files from any browser on the PC. At the File Upload window, drag and drop files or select the files you wish to share from your computer. With MyAirBridge, you can upload a file and email its link to a specific recipient or just upload the file and generate a link to share with anyone. 

The free version has no dashboard or ability to view, change, share, or delete uploaded files. It has a poor user experience and possibly disturbing background images you and the people you share the link with are forced to see. The search icon makes it easier for you to trace down the file of your choice and the share icon next to each folder gives you the freedom to share and link as well. 

Why waste valuable storage space on your PC or phone when you can store your documents and media in the cloud and share it across devices? In summary, WeTransfer Plus just isn’t good for free users unless all you want to do is share a link that will be gone in 7 days, and have zero control over that file after you uploaded it.
